Each construction project, whether large or small, has a ton of unique moving parts  – timelines, budgets, teams, constraints, scope – that must be actively managed. Furthermore, the inevitable changes that occur during a project create shifting sands that necessitate constant re-strategizing efforts and reevaluations of project plans. Ultimately, any lack in coordination almost always causes projects to run over budget or past deadlines. Even with the best of intentions and good faith efforts being made, things can still fall through the cracks.

More often than not, it falls to the owner to pick up the pieces; to coordinate efforts, keep information up-to-date, identify gaps in communication, make site visits on-demand, and make sure everyone is doing what they should, when they should.
